Refund Policy

All orders are final, with the noted exceptions below:  

There are certain situations where refunds or replacements may be granted. 
- Any damaged item or item missing artwork. To be replaced it must be in its original condition, original packaging, with proof of purchase, and must be returned within 30 days. It must have a note with name, address, email, clear explanation and desired outcome (refund or replacement). Please email at:


Purchaser will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund total. 

- Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery will not receive a refund.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to accept exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment please allow at least 30 days to receive credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
