Shipping policies

Covid-19 Update: Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, shipping may experience some delays. We ask that you are patient during this time. Some orders have taken up to 2 weeks to receive. Please allow extended time and check your email often for tracking information. 

Thank you for your patience as we move through these trying times. 

We try our best to process and ship out within a few days. It can take longer if an item is backordered or on holidays. Once we have delivered your package to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to remedy the situation or set up a redelivery. If items are returned to us we will contact you to set up a reshipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If you are an international customer, please allow extra time for your package to arrive.  Customs has been known to hold onto packages for an extended amount of time. We are not responsible for import duties and/or taxes imposed by your country's customs policies. These fees are not shipping costs and we have no control over how they are applied.
